What we collect
Your email address, when you sign up. We also record when you signed up and confirmed, and when you unsubscribed. We do not ask for your name, children's names, ages, or location.
How we use it
Only to email you the Family Recall Brief weekly issue and same-day recall alerts. We do not sell your email address or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who handles it
Our service providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and our database) and Resend (sending email). Resend may record whether messages were delivered.
How signup works
We email a confirmation link first. You are added to the list only after you click it, so nobody can sign up an address that isn't theirs.
Unsubscribing and deleting
Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately and never expires. To have your address deleted entirely, write to hello@familyrecallbrief.com.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Our summaries are based on official U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and FDA recall notices. They are not a substitute for the official notice. Always follow the instructions in the official notice.
Children
This site is for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
