Romorgniz six-drawer dressers recalled: tip-over risk if not anchored to the wall
October 8, 2026 ยท Source: U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission
What it is
Romorgniz Six-Drawer Dressers are being recalled. They do not meet the mandatory safety standard for clothing storage units required by the STURDY Act.
The hazard
If the dresser is not anchored to the wall, it is unstable. It can tip over and trap a child, which could cause serious injury or death.
Check if you own it
Look for a Romorgniz Six-Drawer Dresser. It was sold online at Amazon.com from May 2025 through August 2026 for between $100 and $170. About 12,078 were sold. The maker is Zhangzhou Jinhao Sen Smart Home Co., Ltd., of China.
What to do
If the dresser is not anchored to the wall, stop using it right away and move it to a place children cannot get to. Contact Romorgniz for a full refund. You will be asked to write "RECALLED" in permanent marker on the top, front and sides of the dresser, take out all the drawers, and email photos of the marked, taken-apart dresser to Romorgnizrecall@outlook.com. Then dispose of the dresser.
