What it is

Voomf play yard and crib mattresses, including full-sized crib mattresses. They were sold online at Amazon.com from January 2026 through May 2026 for between $40 and $87. About 2,401 were sold.

The hazard

The mattresses don't meet mandatory safety standards. Some may not fit certain play yards well. Babies can suffocate in gaps between an undersized mattress, or extra padding, and the side walls of a product. The full-sized crib mattresses also don't meet the mandatory flammability standard, which poses a risk of serious injury or death from fire. CPSC has received one report of inadequate mattress fit. No injuries have been reported.

Look at any play yard or crib mattress you bought on Amazon.com from Voomf between January 2026 and May 2026. The official notice has the full product details.

What to do

Stop using the mattress right away and contact Voomf for a full refund. You will be asked to destroy the mattress first: write "Recalled" on it in permanent marker, cut the play yard mattress in half, or cut the full-sized mattress cover diagonally across the entire mattress with scissors. Then send a photo of the destroyed mattress to voomfrecall@outlook.com. After that, dispose of it following your local and/or state disposal procedures.
