FJTJBSI Six-Drawer Dressers Recalled: Tip-Over and Entrapment Hazards
September 10, 2026 ยท Source: U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission
What it is
FJTJBSI is recalling its six-drawer dressers. About 9,000 were sold online at Amazon.com from November 2024 through July 2026 for about $170.
The hazard
The dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall. This poses tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in serious injuries or death to children. The dressers also violate the mandatory safety standards required by the STURDY Act.
Check if you own it
Check whether you have a FJTJBSI six-drawer dresser. It was sold on Amazon.com between November 2024 and July 2026.
What to do
Stop using the recalled dressers immediately if they are not anchored to the wall. Place them in an area that children cannot access and contact FJTJBSI for a full refund. You will be asked to write "RECALLED" in permanent marker on the dresser and send a photo of the marked dresser to FJTJBSIrecall@outlook.com. Then dispose of the recalled product.
