Recall: Jocoevol 6-Drawer Dressers Can Tip Over if Not Anchored to the Wall
Source: U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission
What it is
Yinklev is recalling Jocoevol 6-drawer dressers. About 32,791 were sold. The dressers do not meet the mandatory safety standard for clothing storage units under the STURDY Act.
The hazard
If the dresser is not anchored to the wall, it is unstable. It can tip over and trap a child, which could cause serious injury or death.
Check if you own it
Look for a Jocoevol 6-drawer dresser. It was sold online at Amazon.com from December 2024 through July 2026 for about $160.
What to do
If the dresser is not anchored to the wall, stop using it right away and move it to an area children cannot get into. Contact Yinklev for a full refund. You will be asked to write "RECALLED" on the dresser in permanent marker and email a photo of it to Jocoevoldresserrecall@outlook.com. After that, dispose of the dresser.
